For the parents who believe in home school. Things has change so much with the school system since COVID there will be a time when everyone have to teach their kids at home. Tía is an occupational therapist with a master degree and license in multiple states, so you can be sure she knows what she talks about.
One of my favorite parts of this very informational book is about adding meditation to the kids routine. I have already seen documentaries and studies done about kids having time to meditate during school time and it goes hand in hand with what Tia talks about.
You will find many gems of wisdom in this book.
